The Manly Quarantine Station has a new web site to promote day and night tours including the Ghost Tour. The station was used to quarantine ship passengers suspected of bringing in conatgeous diseases and was opened in 1830’s. To the west of Manly Wharf there is the Manly Oceanarium where you can see sharks and other marine life through a clear glass underwater tunnel. For the adventurous you can even swim with the sharks..
Next to the Manly Oceanarium is the Many Waterworks with its waterslides This is a great place to take the kids for an hour or two and popular with birthday parties.
Near the Manly Oceanarium and Manly Waterworks is the Manly Art Gallery.and Museum. The exhibitions change regularly. It is open Tuesday to Sunday form 10am -5pm
